About the Space

Hospital Set is a functioning prop house/ filming location. Our standing hospital set is comprised of a Nurses Station/ Waiting Room, 32 ft corridor, and two 16' x 16' Hospital rooms. Housed in 1,300 sf, with an additional 14,700 sf offering state of the art medical and laboratory equipment available to dress (additional fee may apply) into the set space. We have the ability to create nearly any set imaginable in a medical/ lab setting. Sets available include: Hospital Room, ICU, NICU, OR, Morgue, Exam Room, Birthing Room, Radiology, Waiting Room, Nurse station, Corridor, Reception, Laboratory and more.

    Frank was a wonderful host. He is willing to make sure the set was what we needed. There are a multitude of props available. A great place to work with. Only note was it was warm but... it was 108 degrees outside so out of our control truly.

    Excellent location. Whatever we needed was right there. Hospital studio and the equipment looked exactly like a real working hospital. Would definitely use it again.

    Frank and his team were amazing! The place is truly stunning and so well equipped. Anything we needed was provided and offered us lots to play with. We used the ER medical room and it was perfect for our project. Fast communication and easy booking! Will be coming back! Plus they operate as a prop house too with every medical thing you could think of!
