The main feature of this house is it's location. Wonderful panoramic views of Bristol and a 20 metre garden that backs on to a small farm - not overlooked at the rear. You can see the sunset from the garden all year round - in winter to the southwest side of the garden and in summer west/northwest which is directly opposite the living room window.
1930s semi-detached ex local authority house in process of renovation. Currently stripped of carpets & wallpaper. Bare floorboards (awaiting sanding/varnishing. The two smaller bedrooms have been plastered and painted. The rest of the house is waiting to be plastered and painted, apart from the chimney breast in the living room which has been plastered and has an oak beam set in above the recently installed woodburner.
