Ray was super professional and the location was exactly what we needed. If the occasion ever comes up, I would book again.

The owners were quite kind and even asked if they could do construction work during our production. I told them "absolutely" and that it would help add to the audio ambiance of our scene that had no dialogue needed in it. They worked as they needed to and we were able to capture some of that audio ambiance. I feel that if we had told them "no" to the drilling noise now and again that they would've honored that wish. Great place to film if you have a construction scene in your production 👍

The is the perfect place for a construction location. It is large, down to the studs, looks and feels very authentic. Ray is a great host as well. Very friendly, accommodating and communicative. We will be shooting here again.
