About the Space

A once legendary recording studio to some of the music industry’s greatest talents from 1971-2016, is now open as a filming + private event space operated by building ownership, who did a jaw dropping adaptive re-use on this historic building, in collaboration with top event director/ planner Jenn LAsKey. We have 3 amazing spaces, a rooftop with built in bar and sweeping Hollywood views, a disco bar/lounge “Studio 71”, & the large restaurant room that can transform to an epic lounge or party space. With state-of-the-art lighting and sound, as well as a full furnished venue, the space is easy to come plan a celebration at OR things can be stored if you want to curate your own brand experience. We are planner, designer, and caterer/chef friendly, also with in-house bar + catering options for a turnkey experience, so please reach out to craft an epic experience at a one-of-a-kind venue in the heart of Hollywood.
