Inside, the villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, a striking double-height Orangery, and an elegant library with a hand-painted James Adams ceiling. The master bedroom opens onto a charming balcony, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy sunsets over the surrounding hills. The spacious reception rooms are ideal for filming or relaxed gatherings, while the 10-seat dining area provides ample space for meals or production setups. A sleek stainless-steel kitchen, along with a utility room equipped with washing and drying machines, a second fridge, and a second oven, ensures convenience for both crews and catering teams. A highlight of Montelandi is the double-height Orangery, originally designed for wintering citrus trees and exotic plants. Today, its ornate plasterwork ceiling creates a serene atmosphere for both work and relaxation. The villa also offers a picturesque lawned garden and a wild sloping meadow — perfect for outdoor scenes, fashion shoots, or natural landscaping. Shared private parking is available on-site for your crew and equipment. The housekeeper of Montelandi will be available to assist with emergencies or any extra information you may need during your stay. Please note: The roof of the historic bell tower (il campanile) is currently under restoration and has temporary scaffolding in place, which for safety reasons is out of bounds. Works will not be carried out during your stay. The basement is currently inaccessible to guests.
