About the Space
A historic music venue located in downtown Toronto. It was built in 1919 as a silent movie theatre, and converted into a concert venue in 1985 where it’s hosted the likes of Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and many others. It’s also been the interior for many shoots, notably for Scott Pilgrim vs the World (2010). Hours for Rental: 8am-3pm Monday-Sunday (night time booking limited and subject to separate pricing, but also available) Seated Capacity: Limited chairs and booths in the venue, can seat 40 people with available seating Does the venue provide alcohol: Any alcohol provided by the venue requires additional security costs and must be a 19+ event
