About the Space

The interior pays tribute to the historic elements of the 100-year-old building with modernizing pops of color. The space opens to a gorgeous 1500 sq ft patio with ample lounge seating and views of the dunes, just on the horizon. We have two indoor spaces that are side by side: a Wine Bar which features a bar area, lounge seating, bar tables, and dining tables along with an event space which has a private dining area, grand piano, exposed brick walls, lounge areas, and paneled walls. Both spaces open to a half acre which features a patio with bocce ball, chess, corn hole, airstream trailer and grass. The space is accessible from the sides, so trailers/vans/etc can drive in and park on the property if needed.
