The rental includes an adjacent bathroom with high-end design finishes. The view from the desk chair looks out to a gorgeous pool, lush landscaping, and a hillside. The sliding door leads out to a porch perfect for taking a break and getting some fresh air while enjoying the stunning resort-style pool deck and grounds. *No Film Permit Required We are located in an unincorporated neighborhood of Orange County; therefore, no permits are required from the city. In our experience, past productions have attempted to apply for permits through the County of Orange but have been told they are only required for productions of 200+ people or if roads will be blocked.
