Welcome to a newly renovated and professionally designed + decorated home in the coveted High Park neighborhood. The home is unique in so many aspects. From its sprawling 3,200 sqft size, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to its dedicated 3 car garage and 2 car front driveway parking. The house features 10' ceilings and a blend of modern and traditional features throughout, including a formal sitting room with a large fireplace, and an open concept kitchen/dining room. No detail was left out during the full gut reno in 2021. Elements of the 100+ year-old home were kept, such as a pocket door that closes off the formal sitting area from the kitchen/dining room and a wood-burning stove (not operational).
