The space offers a unique wellness experience across two inspiring spaces: A beautifully restored historic hall and a characterful studio. Together, the two spaces provide peaceful yet energising environments, blending heritage architecture with modern wellness practices. Our studios are home to a diverse timetable of Reformer Pilates and mat-based classes (Yoga, Resistance Bands, Barre, Mat Pilates and Circuits) all led by experienced and supportive instructors and suitable for all levels. In addition to movement, our on-site treatment rooms offer a wide range of holistic and clinical therapies. From Massage, Acupuncture, and Physiotherapy to Beauty, Counselling, and Reflexology, each treatment is delivered by qualified and trusted professionals. We regularly host wellness retreats, seasonal workshops, and community events, all designed to support your physical health, mental clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
