Brand new HVAC and electrical ensure enough power for all of production's needs with fantastic air conditioning to handle hot summer days and shoots with tons of bodies. There is a large storage room, a bathroom, front and side entrances with plenty of clearance and private on-site parking. Wine racks and displays on the floor are easily moveable or reconfigurable.
