This East London warehouse offers approximately 1,600 sq ft multi-zone industrial property. Designed for flexibility and atmosphere, the space is suited for film productions, fashion editorials, music videos, brand campaigns, performance shoots, and creative projects seeking a raw architectural environment with authentic industrial character. The environment, architectural elements, and custom-built structures within the space have been independently designed and developed on-site, contributing to the warehouse’s distinctive brutalist and industrial atmosphere. The studio combines textured concrete surfaces, exposed steel structures, industrial materials, and sculptural architectural elements to create a cinematic backdrop with strong visual depth. Unlike traditional white-box studios, the environment has been intentionally developed to feel immersive, atmospheric, and adaptable for both minimal and darker visual productions. The open-plan layout comfortably accommodates small to mid-sized crews and can be reconfigured for a wide variety of setups. Large roller shutter access allows direct vehicle load-in, with private off-street parking available. Vehicles may also be brought inside the warehouse for production purposes by prior discussion. Industrial Workshop Area & Movable Structural Features The warehouse includes an authentic functioning metalworking zone featuring fabrication elements, industrial textures, raw steel, and workshop structures that can be incorporated into productions as part of the visual environment. A curated selection of industrial and brutalist-style props — including suspended chains, metal frames, concrete-inspired architectural pieces, and custom-built structural elements — are available on-site. Props are movable and can be repositioned or removed depending on the desired atmosphere, allowing the space to transition from clean industrial minimalism to darker cinematic or post-industrial aesthetics. Exposed steel ceiling beams add architectural character and may offer options for lightweight lighting setups or temporary rigging, subject to prior agreement and safety guidelines. Live or staged welding spark visuals can be arranged upon request for productions seeking dynamic industrial effects, subject to safety conditions and prior discussion.
