An exclusive and private personal training gym within North London offering personal training, small group fitness classes and exclusive classes for young teens. Our gym floor includes; Fully equipped weight section with dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and training rigs designed by Wolverson Fitness & Mira Fit. BLAZEPOD reaction lights to test your cardio and reaction speed times. INBODY a scientific body composition machine to measure and analyse body fat and lean muscle. VERTIMAX resistance training platform imported exclusively from USA that helps increase speed, power & strength training. All our cardio machines are eco friendly such as the: Ski Erg & Curve Treadmill using human power! A unique outdoor training facility. All the gyms are regularly cleaned with antibacterial products and our studios are spaced out to government social distancing guidelines as regulated by UK Active and Public Health of England.
