🍊 Welcome to Grapefruit Studio Capture the editorial beauty of an Old World villa or chateau in our daylight studio which was painstakingly renovated using ancient techniques and all-natural materials imported from Italy and France. Our 800sqft self-service boutique space is drenched with natural light. It offers 64 linear feet of shooting wall, 11ft ceilings, and large South-facing windows. The space is also 100% blackout capable with retractable blackout curtains. We are located in a historic textile mill in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It is a 5min walk from the Morgan L train with free street parking. ***For optimal unblocked sunlight, we are located on the 3rd floor. A freight elevator for large and heavy items is operated by our building supervisor from 8am-5pm daily.
