Our peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac is within 3 mins walking distance from the entrance to Kew Gardens and 12 minutes walk from Richmond station. The house is overlooking the green, there is no through traffic. Luxury recently refurbished house in Richmond. This property has been newly renovated and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, office, very bright reception room with carefully curated library and white leather sofas. The house would offer a great location for product, food photography, filming and tv / music shoots and interviews. Small garden (11 meters long). There is a driveway at the front for one car and I can offer residential parking permits for the crew.
