Grade II listed 5 storey Georgian townhouse circa 1790, 5 minutes' walk from Margate's historic Old Town, less than 10 minutes' walk from Margate's Main Sands, 10 minutes' walk from Margate train station and on a wide, quiet street opposite the Carl Freedman gallery and Tracey Emin's studio. Originally built to mimic London townhouses for the city's ‘discerning aristocracy’ to use as holiday homes, carefully restored to its former glory, with many original features. 3,500 sq feet.
