About the Space

A cute neighbourhood spot for meets, a spritz-o’clock courtyard, but also a pub in every sense of the word - a local for some but open to all, and a business founded not with profit as its primary goal, but rather to make people feel welcome. She’s split in 3 - the main two areas are below, though there’s also a separate workshop space for masterclasses, for those so inclined… The Exchange is our ground floor - a versatile spot for the right party size - a bunch of tables and rest areas in a space that can either feel light and airy, or a little more dark and sexy as the evening goes on. There are several outdoor tables (not included in the floor area sizing), a fully kitted bar with the house menu and several draft cocktails for rapid service. Our full food menu is also available, as well as seasonal selections of quality wines and beers. The Development Bar and Table, the downstairs, would be considered a secret if it wasn’t arguably the heart of the venue - more space for seating and standing, a vast range of spirits and cocktails also with full food service, and some real powerful vibes. Moody, but tasteful and versatile. As a locally owned small business, we’re hands-on when it comes to events, so you can expect to be looked after plenty well whether you’re celebrating, organising something corporate, or a little more casual. There’s also a downstairs area listed as a separate space on here. While the two areas are available for separate hire, we also offer the whole venue for exclusive hire - we’re in the heart of Fitzrovia.
