Booked a day shoot at this location in summer 2024 for an indie feature film I'm producing. George was very welcoming to our crew. The location looked exactly like the photos and the shutters of the sitting room window can be adjusted accordingly to film with natural light. Interior ambient sound is not an issue in the sitting room, as there are no extractor fans present and refrigerator sounds cannot be heard. Plenty of space behind the sofa which is deal for OTS shots . Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible time shooting in George's lovely and modern flat. Not only is it gorgeous, clean and minimal, but he's also a great host. We really appreciated his communication and flexibility throughout our time there. Would recommend and I really can't say too many good things about him and his place. Definitely check it out, you won't be disappointed.
