Spaces available for filming/ photoshooting ✓ Ground Floor: main hall with staircase to the first floor (approx. 41 sq m) ✓ Ground Floor: main kitchen (approx. 28.5 sq m) ✓ Ground Floor: dining room and lounge (approx. 97.5 sq m) ✓ Ground Floor: garden (approx. 800 sq m) ✓ Basement: swimming pool area and main staircase linking the ground floor and basement (approx. 135 sq m) ✓ Second Floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (approx. 53 sq m) 2. Spaces available for use by the production crew ✓ Basement: Bedroom 1, without En-suite (approx. 18 sq m) ✓ Basement: Bedroom 2, with En-suite (approx. 25.5 sq m) ✓ Basement: guest WCs (approx. 9 sq m) ✓ Ground Floor: guest WCs (approx. 9 sq m) ✓ Ground Floor: Cloakroom (approx. 20.5 sq m) ✓ Ground Floor: main kitchen (approx. 28.5 sq m) • Only Areas indicated in green on the photos are available for hire! 3. General house rules ✓ Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A designated smoking area is provided outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette ends in the bin provided. ✓ Eating and drinking are only permitted in the main kitchen. The only exception is staged eating or drinking as part of filming. ✓ All members of the production crew must bring a change of shoes. Changing facilities are available in the Cloakroom, located immediately to the right of the main entrance. ✓ Please take care to avoid any damage to the property during filming and while on site. ✓ Do not enter or film in any areas that are not highlighted in green on the floor plans. The house is occupied by residents (including children), so please respect their privacy. ✓ The lift may be used only for access to the basement, ground floor and second floor. ✓ Any major movement of furniture, installation of lighting or equipment, or any action that may pose a risk of damage must be agreed with the homeowner in advance. ✓ The production crew is expected to leave the house in the same condition as it was upon arrival. ✓ Wi-Fi, as well as access to speakers and the audio receiver (located in the pool area, dining room, lounge and master bedroom), will be made available during filming.
