Easy parking, fast load-in, and a flexible shooting environment designed for photo, video, fashion, music videos, interviews, and content creators. The space includes a white cyc, programmable RGB lighting, natural light from skylights (fully blackout-capable), and multiple usable looks including warehouse walls and a fenced outdoor patio. Night shoots starting after 7pm may qualify for discounted rates depending on day and duration. ⸻ PRICING • 1–5 people: $99/hr • 6–10 people: $119/hr • 11–15 people: $139/hr • 16–20 people: $159/hr (20+ people: quote required) 3-hour minimum. Rates adjust if headcount increases. RULES • Booking time includes setup + teardown. • Please treat the space with care. • Return studio to basic order (normal wear is fine). • Large or unusual trash must be packed out. • No smoking inside or on patio (parking lot only). • No illegal activity. • No glitter, confetti, powder, paint, sand, food mess, or other hard-to-clean materials without advance written approval. Unauthorized use = $250 cleaning fee + OT cleaning. • Piano may not be placed on the cyc. • Furniture/artwork may be moved with permission. • Pets allowed with notice (must be walked off-site). • Noise acceptable until 10pm (midnight Fri/Sat). • Space is quiet but not soundproof. ⸻ LOAD-IN / PARKING Ground-floor drive-up access. 4–5 cars can park directly outside the stage.
