Modular furniture allow multiple configurations for client meetings, training classes, networking events, doing daily office work and even hosting Grand Openings for your mobile or home business. Flex Coworking Space in Suite #155 can also be used for movie filming shoots, private office use and daily coworking access. Flex Board Room Regular Access Hours: Monday - Friday : 7:00am-6:00pm. Can fit up to 7-8 with Covid compliant social distancing. After Hours Access: Monday - Sunday: 6:00pm-6:00am. Can be used as a private office/meeting room during after hours. Here is how it works: 1. Reserve your Space on any open time slot. 2. Once your reservation and payment is confirmed you receive a digital access key to your mobile to access the facility 24/7. FILMING AND MOVIE SHOOTING RULES: BEST: CALL US AT 805.777.8866 BEFORE RESERVING ON LIQUID SPACE FOR ALL AFTER HOURS AND FILM SHOOTING EVENTS. All filming is subject to Landlord approval with City of Thousand Oaks Film Permit requirements. Insurance is a must. Additional Filming Rider may be required before approvals. Organizer is responsible for all guests and charges and must sign internal Community Standards.
