The main venue has over 400 square meters of flexible floor space which can be arranged for banquets, drinks evenings, dance, theatre in the round, performing arts or exhibitions. The building comes with 200 chairs which can be used in cabaret or banquet configurations. In theatre style, there is space to seat up to 643 guests. The side aisles are ideal for displays or serving food or drink.
Well located just off the west end of London’s Oxford Street, St John's is the ideal venue for your concert, celebration, conference or corporate event. The building is located in the heart of the quiet residential area of the Hyde Park Estate and is easily accessible from Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate, Marble Arch and Edgware Road underground stations.
Minimum hire period: 5 hours for £600(dry hire). 25 parking spaces are located just outside the church and can be booked for a fee. One member of staff will be present throughout the event to look after the building per every 85 guests.
Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. So, it would be best to enquire if you are interested.
