Fairlight is a professional Recording Studio with a control room, live room, office/green room, large kitchen, and a courtyard for parking. From filming music session videos and music videos, to fashion and celebrity photo shoots, product content creation, or interviews with the likes of Sir David Attenborough - we can host it all. We're only 5 mins from the nearest train station, 10 mins walk from Kingston Riverside for food and drink, and a stone's throw to Busy Park, one of the Royal Parks associated with Hampton Court Palace. We would recommend production crews of 12 maximum for comfortable use of the property.

My regular studio spot and that definitely won’t change any time soon! These guys are real stars. The studio is run professionally but with a noticeable personable touch that makes the experience of working here a real pleasure. They don’t ever run short of advice or supportive tips. You can learn so much here and really improve your work. The atmosphere is awesome and it’s great to be amongst such a great team of creative professionals. Couldn’t rate these guys high enough if I tried!

Super friendly studio spot with the best people and the best equipment. I have been so impressed with my experiences here so far; both the friendliness and knowledge of the team who work here really help to distinguish this spot from any other in the city. The studio is a superb spot too, really handy to get to with public transport and handy to lots of cool things to do in the local area too. If you haven’t booked to record here yet, you are really missing out.

Book this studio immediately! You will have the best time and your recordings will come out awesome. Great atmosphere to the place with a great bunch of guys there ready to help you out with everything you need. I always feel really welcome here and the service is a cut above the rest.
