About the Space

Located on the ground floor, with a private entrance and direct access to a terrace, our venue is a dedicated event space accommodating a cabaret set up for 80 delegates, perfect for a variety of meetings and team away days. In the evening the room's pitch pine columns and direct views of West India Quay imbue the space with a distinct character and atmosphere. Perfect for a range of evening receptions, with seated dinners for up to 200 guests, the room’s private entrance and direct access to the terrace make it ideal for summer parties. The room can be hired for both daytime and evening events. Rate starts at: £1500 per day (from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) £3000 per evening (from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM) Note: Alcohol licence until 23:00. Extension available. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests.
