Once part of a farm, it was built in 1850, extended in 1890 and again in 2016 with a modern open plan kitchen giving it a unique set of features. • 1 acre garden • Off road parking for 7 vehicles • J5 of the M1 • 17 miles from central London • 6 miles from Elstree Film Studios Great space for filming due to large size of rooms which allow multiple angles, natural light, total privacy, accessible location (J5 of M1), large gardens with mature trees, planting and derelict barn.
