Event/recording space w/pro lighting, sound & projection

About the Space

Our venue was created for performing artists to develop and present innovative new works that require high end professional lighting, sound, and projection. With 20 ft high ceilings, a sprung dance floor, moving LED lights, two grand pianos, and seating up to 90, we have successfully hosted music, theater and dance performances, video shoots, photo shoots, audio recordings, weddings, and all sorts of gatherings. For performances, we have raised seating platforms that can be moved if a completely open space is desired. We have modest kitchen facilities, dressing rooms, large numbers of tables and chairs and a fair amount of food service items such as serving platters, wine glasses etc. The 40 ft x 42 ft open area is bounded on three sides by perimeter decks that can be used for seating or camera positions. Our lighting consists of both ETC Source Four incandescent instruments, 15 Martin Mac Aura XB moving LED lights and many channels of dimmer control. We have 15 different Meyer Sound speakers. The upstage wall can be open for projection or closed with black curtains, which also cover the two side walls. For photo or film shoots, and for bringing in equipment, we have an interior secure loading dock that can handle any size truck. Our lighting grid is accessed by a rolling scaffold and heavy scenery or objects can be hung from the grid. We have been in this location for almost 10 years but have over 40 years of experience with event and performance production, i.e. we know what it takes to produce a successful event, performance or recording.
