About the Space
A fully-permitted shooting stage, filming location, and licensed event space with our own private parking and easy unloading. We have space for sprinter vans and trucks, convenient drop off and great inside/outside shooting space. This beautiful mediterranean inspired loft is perfect for your next high end event, premiere, or gallery show! **PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning and parking fees, AC will increase from the base rates for groups over 16 people. I'm happy to discuss your specific needs in person or over the phone, I'd like to keep everyone happy! **PLEASE NOTE: Rates are variable based on crew size and hours. The listing price for under 16 people is for non-commercial shoots.** Fully permitted stage/studio and loft - no additional film permits required. With more than 30 years in the business, we've recently completed a massive renovation of our studio! Since 2016 we've been working with the City of Glendale and our team of artisans, craftsmen and designers to create a modern boutique location with a European flavor, showcasing many new shooting options, including an outdoor shooting arcade space. Our 3-wall cyc cove allows for professional photo/video shoots as well as a projection space for large events or screenings. Rebuilt using original early-1900’s red Simons bricks, spaces feature an authentic reconstruction of the iconic arched windows that have always been the soul of the studio. This space is perfect for your next professional commercial production. Dynamite space! Very big. We were shooting interviews and wanted to achieve 3 different looks and we were able to achieve that in the studio very easily. Also parking is AMAZING. Makeup / green room was dynamite and we put it to use.

Peter was FANTASTIC! He was responsive, helpful, accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure our shoot was a success. The space is gorgeous and multifaceted. Will definitely be booking it again in the future.

I had my wedding photos at this place prior to going to the venue and things worked out really well! I had a super big and long wedding dress and it needed a big space to fit in, this place was great for the size of my dress, also it was clean as it didn’t ruin my dress before the party! This place have many spots to take photos in and the castle like interior was great for the theme of my dress! I requested a private photo session due to my conservative background, and Peter was very friendly in making that happen and they let us take the whole space for us and one of the place team member (Gonzales) was at the door just to make sure we are all good. Highly recommend!
