Elegant, old-world home on 1.5 acres. Beautiful wood-paneled rooms. Backyard pool with hot tub, huge front lawn, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Film-friendly owners familiar with production. Huge holding area with bathrooms for crew & talent in lower level.
