This house is absolutely stunning! So much character and history. It was very clean, spacious and quiet - it was a perfect place to film an interview for our documentary. Luz Maria is the perfect host! She is so lovely and went over and beyond to accommodate us! Couldn't recommend her beautiful home enough. I would 100% film here again.

Luz is an incredible host with great communication, and was super accommodating to our production needs. The space offers multiple unique interview looks, load in is seamless and easy, and it's incredible quiet. I highly recommend this space for all of your production needs!

I've rented this location twice! It was too beautiful to not come back. With that said, the real MVP is Maria, the owner. She's a dream to work with and was very amendable to the usual chaotic needs of a film production. As someone who regularly rents locations like this for films, I can safely say that she's the best of the best for a location manager :)

The location was beautiful, but honestly the best part was how WONDERFUL Maria the owner was to work with. This location was expensive for our budget, but we get everything we needed and more. I cannot recommend Maria enough.

Maria and Esteban were great hosts, so warm and accommodating. Maria helped whenever we had questions. The location is just as beautiful as the photos. Such an easy load in and out. So many options for places to do our interviews. Great space for crew to have holding. Available parking for crew and gear truck. Staging for equipment inside and outside. This home is wonderful. I will be back.

The home is spacious and beautiful, exactly what we needed for our documentary shoot. Excellent driveway for parking, extremely quiet neighborhood. And the host Maria was absolutely delightful and so helpful throughout our whole shoot. We're very grateful for the experience and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Amazing home and host. The house was perfect for all our needs and offered many great looks for our project, and Luz Maria was a gracious host who made sure there were no problems and issues. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a location in the area!

This place was such a gem of a find. Needed to secure a spot for a documentary shoot and found this goldmine! HUGE space and very fairly priced. Luz, the caretaker on site, could not have been more accommodating, flexible, and helpful to our relatively small team. Every need was met and every expectation surpassed. I would highly recommend this spot for any kind of production related shoot, or even for events! Thank you for all of your time and hospitality, Luz! We will definitely keep you in mind for the next one!
