Look no further than this extraordinary custom estate with over 750 feet of paved private concrete roads located on 10 private forest-like acres, full of mature trees, trails, and a view of a large natural rock formation. With two ponds (pond color can be changed based on production requirements), a traditional pizza oven, and a small Dutch-style tiny home on the grounds, the estate is perfect for events, shoots, and filming. The home can come furnished or unfurnished per the needs of the specific booking. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. Previous shoots include documentaries, vertical productions, advertisements, music videos, and others. The property can accomodate crews of over 100+ people, and the private roads are wide enough to accomodate large production equipment and vehicles that need to be used as props (fire trucks, trailers, etc). Pond colors available include ocean blue, teal, green, black, beige / stone natural, and others.
