About the Space

Very open , specious , extremely quiet and bright !!! The house is approx. 2,200 Sq. Ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . This home is the perfect setting for a commercial, movie, tv show, short or photoshoot. Great for filming and events! Has been popular for a variety of projects: TV, movies, commercials and etc. Small independent productions as well as big studios are welcome to apply The house has a very open layout with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, large master bedroom and bath. All rooms have king size beds and have a lot of space. Master bath has a huge soaking tub. The outdoor area is equipped with a backlit Jacuzzi and a heated saltwater swimming pool and also has a fireplace. Spectacular city views and beautiful sunsets and sunrises! Perfect for high-end party scenes and such. It's got a fabulous feel both day and night. On top of all that - 4 car driveway and plenty of street parking to make producers’ lives easy. 2 car garage and a fenced large backyard area ( behind the garage ) that can be used for storing equipment or set up as a catering area.

    We rented the space for a birthday party - and the host was super easy to work with, and was vey attentive on the day. Our only negative was that the hallway/bathroom was under construction when we arrived - and we were not notified- even after several exchanges leading up to the party. Once there though - the host did his best to cut down on the construction visibility. That being said- the house was great, the view and outside space was amazing, parking was easy for our 25 guests, and the kitchen was great. We would absolutely rent this space again.

    Vassil was a great host. He was there to greet us and let us in, show us around. He let us move the existing furniture that was in there. The views are spectacular. The layout of the house - with the open living, dining, kitchen with multiple access areas to the outdoor space was perfect for us.

    A beautiful space to book for any occasion! it was perfect in all ways: vibe, space, views, and on-site help! Vissil was super helpful with questions we had and fixing issues. Would 10/10 recommend this location.
