Welcome to Seattle Loft 305 (@seattleloft305), - a minimal, light-filled loft studio designed for film, photo, and commercial productions. Located in Seattle’s SODO district, the space offers approximately 1,200 square feet of open layout with 15-foot ceilings and large north-facing windows that provide consistent, soft natural light throughout the day. The clean, contemporary aesthetic makes the space highly adaptable for a wide range of productions, from branded content and interviews to editorial shoots, product photography, and small crew commercial work. Neutral finishes, uncluttered sightlines, and flexible furniture allow crews to move efficiently without heavy set dressing. The studio includes a lounge area, kitchen access, and a full bathroom, supporting longer shoots and full-day bookings. Seattle Loft 305 works well for controlled productions that value natural light, modern design, and an efficient footprint.
