The backyard sits on 5 acres of privately owned raw desert, featuring mature Joshua Trees, native cacti, creosote bushes, and local wildlife—all set against a backdrop of open skies and tranquil seclusion. Hidden away from the main road, this unique desert landscape offers an authentic and peaceful setting perfect for production use. The space includes a modern outdoor shower, a pair of hammocks for relaxation, a cowboy pool, a vintage RV, a helicopter, a giant dinosaur sculpture, and wide-open land that captures the essence of the High Desert aesthetic. Whether for photo shoots, film scenes, or creative desert projects, this natural location provides stunning light, texture, and privacy. Capacity: Up to 25 people Additional Rules / Important Notes - Productions are required to have a location monitor onsite during the shoot. - Joshua Trees on the property are federally protected and cannot be touched, moved, or altered in any way. - No fires, open flames, or pyrotechnics are permitted anywhere on the property. - Renters must carry production and liability insurance. - If using the back property area with raw desert terrain, a snake wrangler may be required due to the presence of wildlife, including rattlesnakes.
