About the Space

This daylight photography studio in south east London was founded in 2018 by an award-winning food and drink photographer and a cookbook author, journalist, and broadcaster. It is a wonderful venue for photo shoots, events, and workshops, and is open seven days a week. The studio is suitable for food, drink, commercial, portrait, product, brand, PR, and social photo shoots, as well as for cookbook shoots, video content, workshops, and corporate away days. The studio has north daylight windows to one side but can also function as a black-out studio. It offers 700 square feet of floor space, a large collection of free props and backgrounds included in every hire, and a cambo stand. There is free parking, a bathroom, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with a Smeg double oven, 8 gas rings, and a 2-ring induction hob. Having worked in numerous studios and on many shoots over the years, the founders aimed to create a space that is friendly and inviting, light and bright, and equipped with a kitchen that is a pleasure to cook in. The studio is easily accessible from various locations and well-connected by public transport. The area is surrounded by excellent shops. With extensive experience in the photography, television, and publishing industries, the team has a wealth of great contacts. They can connect clients with set dressers, floral designers, prop hire, hair and make-up artists, chefs, caterers, bartenders, food and drink delivery services, lighting hire, and other professionals to help make any shoot or event a success.
