The bar itself is a fantastic location, stylish, versatile, and with plenty of character that looks amazing on camera. Areg went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us, and he was flexible and understanding throughout the process. It’s rare to find a location owner who is both welcoming and production-friendly, and Areg is exactly that. Kostia and his team were EXCELLENT! From start to finish, our experience filming at this location was everything we hoped for and more. The space was exactly what we envisioned, with set decoration that perfectly matched our creative needs. Parking was a breeze for our entire crew — which is never something to take for granted — and Kostia's team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. What truly stood out was how respected and supported we felt as an independent film team. That kind of treatment is incredibly rare in this industry, but Kostia and his crew delivered with professionalism, generosity, and genuine care. We will one million percent be coming back to film future projects. Can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend this space enough. Kostia and his partner have absolutely outdone themselves on their set builds. I was so convinced by the photos listed on Giggster I genuinely thought I was booking an actual bar and was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was greeted by an empty, perfectly set dec'ed dive bar location to film in. He was so accommodating and kind and, not only will I be booking the space again, I will be telling everyone about it. A new hidden gem!
