A light, large & relaxed family home in central Crouch End. Located on a quiet no-through-road with rear access into the garden via 2m wide shutter from road to rear of property. Downstairs there is a large, family-orientated open kitchen-diner with large bi-folds into the extensive garden. The garden has rear access and includes a kids climbing area. There is a large split living area - half adult living space, half playroom for the kids. Upstairs there are 2 large adult bedrooms, 2 kids bedrooms (a baby/toddler room and a young child's room), home office & home gym. We are a very relaxed, dog-friendly family and always love to share our home with others - via dog sitters, Airbnb or location shoots. Husband works shifts and is around during the day most daytimes to support while 2 kids are in full time nursery so are not around Monday-Friday. There is ample on-street parking outside on the quiet no-through-road, and while there is residents parking 10-12pm we can arrange permits.
