This versatile photo and video studio in San Diego’s Barrio Logan neighborhood offers 2,000 sqft of creative production space — ideal for photo shoots, video shoots, content creation, pop-ups, and intimate events. The studio features a full-size white cyclorama wall, natural light from a street-facing roll-up door, professional lighting and grip equipment, and a furnished mid-century lounge that’s perfect for both relaxing and styling your shoot. Housed in a renovated 1940s warehouse with exposed rafters and worn concrete floors, the space has an authentic, industrial charm that’s rare to find. From castings and client meetings to styled productions and launch events, this space supports a wide range of creative needs. Upon entry, guests are welcomed into a lounge filled with lush plants, a vintage hi-fi stereo system, and curated designer furniture pieces that can be rearranged for styling. The roll-up door at the front makes for easy load-in and floods the space with warm afternoon sun. Beyond the lounge is the cyclorama wall and tethering station with a free-to-use iMac running Capture One and Lightroom. Additional amenities include a large conference table, makeup vanity with mirror lighting, kitchenette, and a full bathroom.
