House Rules & Important Notes • No smoking allowed inside the studio. A $100 smoking violation fee will apply if this policy is broken. • Renters are fully responsible for any damages or missing/stolen equipment or items during their booking. • Overtime is subject to availability and will be billed at $70 per additional hour. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time are not eligible for a refund. • Please leave the studio in the same condition it was found. Pricing: Rent the studio for $55 per hour and enjoy a fully equipped space designed for efficient, stress-free shoots. Longer sessions are ideal for setup, wardrobe changes, and creative flexibility. Please don’t cut seamless paper without permission. Each booking is allowed one pull of paper.
