Corner Gallery & Creative Studio A shopfront space made up of 2 rooms on the ground floor. The shopfront is on the corner of Hartismere and Dawes Road, featuring two large windows. This means that things showcased in the space can be seen from quite a long distance away with the shopfront almost glowing from the beginning of Dawes Road when walking at night. The space features unique custom copper pipe lighting which looks very refined. Location: 7 minute walk from Fulham Broadway Underground Station (District Line) 18 minute walk from West Brompton Station (District + Overground Line) 50 meters from The Fulham Mitre (Popular Local Pub) 11 minute walk to Parsons Green The storefront is just opposite European Heritage, a luxury tile supplier, with their clients often passing by to peak through our store front windows! Shopfront size: Room 1 = 219.1 sq ft Room 2 = 77.96 sq ft The full shopfront space makes up a total of 516.6 sq ft all together. Extra Studio Room: Below the Shopfront Space we offer an extra studio room of 219.1 sq ft, with an impressive ceiling height of 2.9m. This space is absolutely perfect for organising your stock, using as a break/meeting room, hosting a product photoshoot. We also have a recording studio on site as an optional hire. On-site Amenities: There is a small kitchen unit for the essentials. We have a recording studio on site that also offers equipment hire should you need it. Our aim is to make sure you have what you need for your project so please don’t hesitate to get in contact should you wish/ need any extras for example a large fridge freezer, speakers, staff for events or security. 24hr alarm system and surveillance in place. This amount will also act as the safety deposit which will be returned to you once we see the space is in good tac! The full fee will need to be paid a month before the check-in date.
