About the Space

This is more of a rehearsal studio than a recording studio but rehearsal studio wasn't an option in the types. A fully outfitted, functioning rehearsal studio with a cool, gritty DIY vibe. Can be used as a rehearsal studio for bands, or recording too, although there is some street noise. This studio would also work really well for a film shoot that needed to depict a rock 'n' roll scene in a small club or venue. Restrooms are available on-site as well as refrigerator space

    Great experience. Excellent communication, very responsive and patient. Unique space great for filming, extra space for load-in. Worked great for our 2 day film shoot. Recommend for films, music videos and photo shoots.

    Great space. Host is friendly and kind, and was solid and reliable through the entire process. Our shoot went well, and the existing setup was a great base to build on for lighting. Highly recommend.
