Welcome to our stunning photo studio room with a contemporary luxury aesthetic. It’s 462sq.ft. and nestled in a prime location just 7 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. The studio contains unique high-end furnishings to elevate your photography experience. Our studio has a large free standing round bathtub within a bedroom space, and adjacent is a sophisticated moody black bathroom with glass enclosed oversized shower, perfect for captivating romantic moments, intimate portraits or preserving fun memories. You can unleash your creativity with the optional add on love swing, offering endless possibilities for unique and provocative romantic photoshoots. Our photo space would be the ideal location for: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Film and Television, Fitness and Lingerie shoots, Couples Photoshoots and more. LIGHTING EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED. Natural and ambient light is available as well as full black out. Our room is not soundproof and so guests are asked to keep music to a reasonable volume. Small groups of 1-5 people allowed. Larger groups are subject to additional charges. Max 10 people. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period as we need to clean up before the next guest. Please be considerate and leave on time. Please reach out if you need to book the space at any other time other then operating ours. HOUSE RULES: IF BODY OILS ARE USED, THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE CHARGE OF $20 Anyone with oil on their body is not allowed on the carpet! Also applying or spraying oil on the carpeted area is prohibited. A $100 CARPET CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR VIOLATIONS. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of entrance. No non-prescription or illegal drugs. Alcohol on site is permitted strictly for filming purposes. No sexual intercourses or other illegal activities. Studio must be left clean. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. No pets allowed, unless approved beforehand. No shoes are allowed on the carpet or furniture unless brand new or clean product is being worn in a shoot. No unauthorized flames of any kind. No Pyro. No Fog or haze machines. No climbing on the floating marble desk and bathroom vanity. You are responsible for anything broken during your booked time.
