Canababes Food Co Commercial Kitchen and Event space In Hackney Wick, available to rent daily, weekly or monthly! A large, well-equipped, spacious commercial kitchen, in the heart of Hackney Wick. You would be sharing the space with a catering company unless you rent the whole unit. This would suit someone who wishes to do menu development, food prep, food shots, photoshoots, workshops, or have a business that requires kitchen and/or event space. The space is great, a warehouse separated into a kitchen floor and an office/ event space floor, with light and high ceilings. Ground floor - Kitchen 2000 sqf: Large, fully equipped kitchen with several sinks. A roller at the front and loading bay. There is free parking directly outside the kitchen for one vehicle. 2 toilets and several lockers. Second floor - Event space 1000 sqf (separate cost): Upstairs there is a function room/event space which is tastefully designed and can be used to have meetings, pop-ups, events, classes, workshops, photoshoots or tastings. Kitchen Hire Prices: (Please note prices are negotiable depending on your request/size of operation and duration) Monthly £2500k per month - an exclusive section and the use of a combi oven provided by Canababes £2000k per month - an exclusive section which would be 100% your own, all kit provided by the renter, with the exception of sink and fridge Weekly £1000 - one week (7 days) £1800 - two weeks (14 days) Daily £240 per day ad hoc - booked in advance. Let in/out by Canababes. - as per the expectations below. Only overnight storage/fridge space that night to the day following. £250 per day for the trailer use outside and a section as above £150 PCM for dry storage or shelves/storage elsewhere in the building (Dependent on the amount of items) £240 per day - Use of the tasting/meeting room/studio upstairs.
