The lot itself is on a corner with a lane directly beside and behind it, giving it great angles and lots of space for establishing shots. Located on a quiet street just minutes from Steveston Village that's already popular with local film and tv productions (Godzilla, Twilight, Once Upon a Time). There's also a large parking lot located right nearby with free parking, the ability be rented by the city, and only a 30 second walk away.
