Our cocktail tasting room is perfect for bartending trainings and workshops, and allows for hands-on demonstrations, tastings, and team learning in a real bar setting. The room easily transforms to fit a variety of private events and professional uses. It also shines as a venue for sip-and-paint nights, guided tastings, and creative classes, where guests can relax, socialize, and explore new skills. For more focused gatherings, the tasting room works beautifully for private meetings, team off-sites, and small presentations – it is a unique alternative to traditional conference rooms. Strict rules to follow: 1. Licensed Alcohol Service Only Alcohol may only be served by our approved or in-house bartenders. Outside bartenders are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing. No self-service of alcohol is allowed at any time. 2. No Outside Alcohol All alcohol must be purchased through or provided by the venue unless otherwise agreed in advance. Any unapproved alcohol brought onto the premises will be confiscated and may result in immediate event termination without refund. 3. Guest Capacity Must Be Respected The maximum capacity must not be exceeded for any reason. The host is responsible for ensuring all guests follow this rule. 4. Respect for the Space & Equipment Bar equipment, glassware, furnishings, and décor must be used properly and not removed from the premises. Any damage will be charged to the booking party. 5. No Illegal Substances Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited. This includes any form of smoking inside of the premises including all types of Vapes Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the event and possible reporting to authorities. 6. Noise & Conduct Policy Guests must behave respectfully at all times. Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or harassment of staff or guests will not be tolerated. 7. Event Timing Events must start and end at the agreed time. Overtime is subject to additional charges and must be approved in advance. 8. Clean-Up Requirements The venue must be left in a reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning, spills, or waste will incur additional fees. 9. No Decorations Without Approval Decorations must be approved in advance. No confetti, glitter, tape, nails, or open flames are allowed. 10.
