It boasts breathtaking views over the town and harbour and has been extensively renovated throughout, featuring a modern fitted kitchen and bathrooms, a wood-burning stove, and an entertainment system including Bluetooth sound system, a 50-inch 4K smart TV, sound bar, subwoofer, Blu-ray player, and streaming access. To the rear, a secluded decked area with a built-in barbecue is accessed via double doors from the well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings and outdoor dining. An extending table seats up to eight guests. The accommodation includes three bedrooms: one king-size, one double, and one small double with a bunk above. There is also the option to use the first-floor lounge as a fourth sleeping area with a pull-out king-size day bed. Even with the fourth bedroom in use, guests can still enjoy the spacious open-plan living area and decking in comfort. The property is pet-friendly, with dogs restricted to the open-plan ground floor area. A stair gate is provided to assist with this. A high chair and travel cot are available upon request. Please note that access to the property involves 30 steps, which may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. However, this elevated position allows for privacy and uninterrupted views, while still being just a short walk through the communal nature garden to local amenities. Paid parking is available in nearby public car parks, with limited free on-street parking available during specific hours. Guests are advised to check local signage before parking.
