Perfect for birthdays, launch parties, pop-ups, film screenings, and intimate gatherings, our space blends a cozy lounge aesthetic with modern versatility. ⸻ 💰 Rental Rates & Fees • Base Rate (Monday–Thursday): Standard hourly rate applies. • Weekend Premium (Friday–Sunday): • After-Hours Events (After 12AM): Rentals extending past midnight includes an after hours fee. • Cleaning Fee: You will be responsible for cleaning after your event. Select the cleaning add-on if you would like our staff to take care of everything. ⸻ Extras & Add-Ons • Additional setup time must be booked in advance with our add-on. • On-site equipment (kitchen, sound, lighting) available upon request. • Smoking/ Alcohol events incur an additional $60 fee. • Bar service, staff, and catering available upon request. ⸻ ✨ Please note: Weekend events fill up quickly — early booking is highly recommended.
