About the Space

An ‘urban oasis’ in the heart of London, right on the edge of the City, the square has lawned areas bordered by wild flowers and grasses, with large mature trees providing plenty of shade from the summer’s heat. This is managed and maintained privately, but the public are given access during opening times. This space can be hired both exclusively and non-exclusively. Square hire terms and conditions apply, security charged in addition – essential on all events. – Daytime exclusive use (9am – 5pm) £470.00 per hour – Evening exclusive use (5pm – 10pm) £590.00 per hour – Security – £30.00 per hour (1 per 70 guests) Guide to venue hire rates: – Rates are exclusive of VAT. – Catering and any extra equipment charged in addition. – Depending on the type of event, some spaces might require more time for setup and a breakdown - extra charge may apply. – Rates are based on individual room hire and non-exclusive use of the Charterhouse. These can be revisedon case by case basis considering multiple venue hire. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests.
