About the Space
Charming 1927 Santa Monica cottage designed and built by Leland Fuller. Completed a 2-year renovation in 2020 to preserve the unique architectual details (e.g., red Dutch door, large wood-burning brick fireplace, original exposed beam ceilings and wood floor), but add space and light. Large chef's kitchen with marble island and backsplash, 4 sets of custom Riviera Bronze french doors, bronze fixtures, modern bathrooms, IPE wood back deck, built-in BBQ and firepit, separate office / guesthouse and also a garage in back, and a landscaped back yard with olive trees, vegetable beds and calming native greenery.

The house is beautiful. The outside patio is helpful as a staging area. The garage is small but it can also be used for staging. Homeowner was helpful.
