About the Space
This single family home in the heart of Long Beach provides a convenient and comfortable spot for film and video productions, events, and gatherings. The home has been recently upgraded with charming shutters, fixtures, and built-ins. The large living room and kitchen provide ample space for people and equipment. The back of the house features a HUGE primary bedroom, with a closet and bathroom larger than some bedrooms, giving a unique opportunity to film in traditionally small spaces. The large backyard offers great outdoor space for your event. And behind the house, you'll find a bonus room that can be used for storing equipment, and a garage. Please make sure that you've obtained necessary production insurance, either with Giggster or your own provider, and send certificate of insurance to host upon booking. Security cameras within property can be unplugged and/or moved during production.

Was so incredibly happy to work with Jack on his property for our shoot! Very very grateful I found this location for my needs. The host was very kind, accommodating, and understood the ins and outs of a student short film. They worked with us to ensure we were all on the same page and understood when special circumstances came up. Thankful to have met him and his family and gotten to work together :)
