About the Space

This house is great for a variety of productions. Perfect for commercial shoots, corporate videos, cooking shows, indie films, interviews, photoshoots, music videos, student films and much more! Our Home is a creative and inspiring space that reflects our personality and artistic style. Inside, the living room has an open floor plan with warm, earthy tones and plenty of natural light. The furniture includes vintage and antique pieces as well as a comfortable sofa and chairs. The kitchen is designed with practicality in mind and many cabinets and countertops made of natural wood adding to the craftsman aesthetic. Photos of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom can be sent if interested. *For crews over 15, we do require a Portable Toilet be rented for a second bathroom We don’t do overnights - no one likes overnights. However, you can easily shoot day for night here. All the curtains are blackout and the grounds have mature trees that block light from most of the house.
